Kia ora, I am a Registered Counsellor and IFS Therapist with a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology. I am dedicated to supporting individuals navigating disordered eating and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Additionally, I provide therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, work-related or academic stress, grief, and relationship concerns. Growing up in several countries has given me a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and backgrounds, informing my open-minded approach. Offering trauma-informed therapy, I provide a safe, collaborative space to feel heard and work towards your goals.
