I am a registered Psychologist, currently practising in predominantly Central East Auckland, I am a relational therapist and integrate Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) as my main modality in therapy because it is so versatile, is trauma-informed and very resource-based. I interweave it with other modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical behavioural Therapy and others.

I am currently unable to take on new general or ACC clients. I will alter this information when I have space again as I do not run a waitlist. Avondale students can contact me. Specialist areas; Autism (not PDA), ADHD, neurodiversity, trauma, cancer (I'm a survivor), sexual abuse, anxiety, parenting, couples, creating meaning, purpose and direction in life. I provide supportive, compassionate, and positive counselling for older children, teens, adults and families. Many see me as a coach who helps them develop skills to cope with and overcome problems, to identify the life that they want and to work on ways to create that life.
