Kia ora, my name is Ash.
There are many paths to well-being and no two look the same.
Counselling can be an invaluable way to deepen your understanding of yourself.
A space to work through challenges you're facing or better understand what is holding you back from wellness. Perhaps you want to create a meaningful life that feels true to you. Together we can find your path forward.
I work collaboratively and offer a gentle, grounded space for you to settle and really make sense of things. I love working with sensitive and reflective people from all walks of life. From 16 years + through to retirement and beyond.
I hold a holistic view and respectful client-centred approach, which holds
your dignity and wellbeing at the forefront. I blend a range of therapeutic approaches which are tailored to you.
I offer a unique blend of counselling & Reiki therapy, both booked separately. Reiki is a nervous system therapy which aims to reduce stress and increase well-being.
What you can expect from me is compassion and support in a judgement-free space. While qualified and trained as a counsellor with years of experience I relate to my clients genuinely with both heart and a sense of humour.
