I am a Clinical Psychologist who enjoys working with people of all ages, genders and difficulties. I particularly enjoy working with young people and young adults who are struggling with their mental health in our challenging world.
I work with children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing difficulty with anxiety (including OCD), depression, trauma, brain injuries, life stress and grief. I understand reaching out for help can be hard so please be reassured that I will treat any enquiries with compassion and respect.
I am an evidence based practitioner who is registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board and a member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists.
