I offer a non-judgmental and safe area for clients to express themselves fully in regards to their emotions, goals, needs, direction, and what results they need to gain to help propel them forward in a positive light.
I have a solid background in Mental Health and Addictions (29 years experience working in acute mental health/eating disorders/substance abuse), recovery from abusive relationships. I'm able to help with life changes or managing issues arising from relationship conflicts or workplace bullying. I offer 1:1 sessions, QHHT hypnotherapy, and phone sessions.
