My ideal client is interested in being challenged to become more self aware in order to enhance their overall wellbeing (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and relationally). They are passionate about connecting with themselves and others in a compassionate, non-judgmental manner to enhance compassion for themselves and others. My job would be to help them overcome obstacles such as unhelpful thinking styles in order to break cycles of addiction, anxiety and depression. At times, they may need to consider relationship therapy with their partners and family members which would enrich themselves and their family members.

I have specialist experience with perinatal and maternal mental health, working with mothers during pregnancy and afterwards in order to assist them in bonding and attachment with their babies. I am passionate with working with couples and families in order to break inter generational cycles of divorce, abuse, violence and general parenting and family issues
