As a Life Coach, I won’t tell you how to live your life but I can be here to guide you along the path. I can help you to listen to and trust yourself instead of putting other people’s needs or ideas before your own. I offer trauma-informed coaching (note: I am not a psychologist or psychotherapist) using a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and the MAP Method both privately and in group settings to help my clients find more helpful ways of being in the world and to let go of whatever has been holding them back from happiness and success.
