Kia ora & welcome, my name is Anna & I have been counselling since 2017. I am passionate about people, mental & emotion health & living life to the full. I especially enjoy working with adults, children, young people, couples & families. I have experience working with a wide range of issues & my counselling practice is deeply compassionate & encouraging. I mainly use talking therapy techniques & I offer Art Therapy which can be particularly useful to gain a deeper understanding of your emotions & experiences.
