I have been working in mental health and talking based therapies since 2010. I have experience supporting people with stress, workplace bullying, parenting, relationship difficulties, attachment issues, grief, loss, pregnancy loss (including miscarriage and termination), depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, substance abuse, domestic violence, sexual abuse and sexual assault. I have been operating a successful private practice in the Hawkes Bay area since 2019.
I provide therapy and mental injury assessment to survivors of sexual abuse and assault through ACC's Sensitive Claims Service. I provide EAP services for Vitae and Telus Health (NZ). I provide psychological interventions for Health Hawkes Bay’s Talking Based Therapy programme (by GP referral). I am an accredited clinical supervisor for NZAC and DAPAANZ.
