I believe as a counsellor it is my role to help you navigate, understand and create meaning from your life experiences. Walking alongside you, I aim to help you to figure out what the next steps or path towards health and wellness may look like for you. I am not afraid to sit with you in the dark as we figure it out together!
I have a passion for providing affordable and accessible counselling to suit your needs and aspirations.
Person centered and strengths-based counselling are at the core of my ethos taking a pluralistic approach. With a special interest in youth, whanau and maternal mental health, i recognize sometimes it feels impossible to figure out what the future looks like, hence why I am proud to provide a safe, open and supportive space where hope and hurt can coexist.
If you are ready explore your mental wellness I would love to join you. Get in contact to see whether you may be covered for you counselling through Gumboot Friday, WINZ, OCP, Workplace support, Aoake te Ra or other payment options.
