I am an Educational Psychologist providing compassionate, evidence-based support to children, adolescents, and their parents or caregivers. I offer comprehensive assessments, parenting support, and therapy for children and teens experiencing emotional, social, or behavioural difficulties, the effects of trauma, or adjustment challenges.
My work is grounded in attachment and developmental theory, which recognise the importance of relationships in children's wellbeing. Strengthening the connection between you and your child is at the center of my approach
My work with parents focuses on understanding and addressing the challenges that arise in everyday parenting, while strengthening the relationship between you and your child. In my work with children and adolescents, I support young people to make sense of their emotions, reduce distress, and develop practical skills and strategies to cope more effectively.
Parenting can be hard, and something many of us recognise as the most important job we'll do. If you and/or your child could use some support, please get in touch.
