Julia DiGangi, Ph.D., is a neuropsychologist. In her capacity as president of NeuroHealth Partners, she educates educators, health professionals, and the public on the neuroscience of brain health. From clinics to classrooms to corporations, DiGangi has helped people suffering from stress-related conditions. She has also published and presented extensively on health-related topics and designed evidence-based curricula for various organizations. Known for a compelling, engaging and relatable communication style, DiGangi is a liaison between the research world and the public, teaching people about their brains. She recently presented a TEDx talk on the relationship between stress and the brain. DiGangi also served a stint at the White House Press Office and has worked on presidential campaigns—where she learned a thing or two about reasonable sanity.
