Great article as always!
I wear my anxiety like a worn out old coat. I forget that I can take it off. I tend to imagine the worse and I'm learning, instead of telling myself that my beliefs are irrational, I remind myself I can handle what ever happens.
It's true what you write about, that there is an award for giving in to anxiety, plus I feel defeated by giving in to it. It is liberating when I face my fears!
