Will authoritative persons from state physician health programs (PHPs) or the Federation of State Physician Health Programs (FSPHP) post any comments in response to Dr. Boyd's article? Will they provide any responses to the others who have commented here? If anything written here is not true, then let the defenders of the PHPs speak now. If they disagree, the onus is on them to say so. I will wager that they do disagree but will not articulate their disagreements in OPEN forum where their spurious statements may be subject to public scrutiny and open, critical review.
