Tracy S. Hutchinson, Ph.D.

Tracy Hutchinson, Ph.D., is an academic, practitioner, and consultant in the field of counseling and clinical mental health. She has served as Assistant Professor and faculty at the graduate level for several universities in the field of Counselor Education and Supervision. She has published in peer-reviewed academic journals and textbooks in the field and has presented at numerous international, national, and local conferences in the field of mental health counseling and psychology.  She is licensed to practice in both Florida and New York State as a therapist and approved clinical supervisor for therapists in training. 

Dr. Hutchinson has experience working with a wide variety of populations including survivors of sexual/psychological abuse, traumatic stress, developmental trauma, crisis stabilization units, sexual behaviors clinics, and community mental health clinics that train masters and doctoral students for licensure. Her specialty areas include trauma, PTSD, long term effects of childhood traumatic stress, attachment, women’s issues, and spirituality.
