Paula Freedman, Psy.D., is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, and anxiety. She enjoys helping people connect to their inner wisdom and feel more at-home in their bodies through Intuitive Eating and mindfulness practices.

Freedman is on a mission to make healthcare welcoming, respectful, and compassionate for all bodies. She provides education, supervision, and consultation for clinicians, teaching them to assess for disordered eating more effectively and promote healing from Diet Culture in their work.
