Angie LeVan

As one of the first 150 people in the world to graduate with the Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) degree from University of Pennsylvania, I'm a pioneer in my field. Led by renowned psychologist, Dr. Martin Seligman, the MAPP program is a cutting-edge, one-of-a-kind Ivy League program that offers in-depth study of the science of wellbeing. As a keynote speaker, coach and trainer, I'm deeply passionate about helping individuals and organizations flourish.

Over the last decade, I've taught people around the globe, ranging from African villagers to senior leaders in the U.S. military, empirically-validated, cognitive-behavioral skills, performance enhancement techniques and positive psychology applications that foster resilience to stress, improve relationships, enhance physical fitness, build greater vitality and strengthen overall wellbeing. I've worked with organizations such as the Wharton Business School, Customs and Boarder Protection, the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Army -- as well as various organizations around the globe.

Additionally, I have post-graduate training in resilience from University of Pennsylvania, and my educational background extends to the fields of cognitive neuroscience and mindfulness meditation. I specialize in delivering keynotes and workshops on the topics of: Resilience, Mindfulness, Stress Management, Burnout, Strengths-Based Leadership, Creating Positive Workplaces, Employee Engagement, Cultivating a Growth Mindset, Training Your Brain for Stress and Success, Pursuing Positive Leadership, and Enhancing Energy at Work through Positive Health Practices.
