Najma Khorrami, M.P.H., and Homa K. Ahmadzia, M.D., M.P.H.
Ms. Najma Khorrami is a global and public health professional. She received a Master of Public Health in Health Policy from The George Washington University, a Global Health Certificate from The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and is published in the International Journal of Gynecology and Obstetrics and the Journal of Perinatology. She is an NASM Personal Fitness Trainer. Ms. Khorrami is also the Founder at Gratitude Circle, a social media empowerment app and platform which promotes gratitude and positivity.
Homa K. Ahmadzia, M.D., M.P.H., is a Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She completed her undergraduate, medical school education, and Masters of Public Health at The George Washington University. She then completed her residency at Yale University and her fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Duke University. She serves on the Society of Maternal Fetal Medicine Global Health Committee and hopes to improve perinatal outcomes for women in the U.S. and abroad. Dr. Ahmadzia conducts epidemiological, translational, and clinical research to improve optimization of postpartum hemorrhage prevention/treatment and is NIH funded.
