Dr. Moshe Bar is a cognitive neuroscientist and the former Director of the Cognitive Neuroscience Lab at Harvard Medical School and the Massachusetts General Hospital. He has a Ph.D. in cognitive neuroscience from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. He has received the prestigious 21st Century Science Initiative Award from the McDonnell Foundation and the Hebb Award from The International Neural Networks Society. Dr. Bar headed the Gonda Multidisciplinary Brain Research Center at Bar-Ilan University in Israel. He is the co-founder of Hedonia, a company that is addressing depression and anxiety through research-based mobile games. Dr. Bar has published actively for over twenty years, and beyond many scientific articles, he enjoys writing for the public about his research.
