Jen Zamzow Ph.D.
Jen Zamzow, Ph.D., is a healthcare ethicist, a freelance writer, and a mom to two energetic boys and an equally energetic golden retriever. She earned her Ph.D. in philosophy with a minor in cognitive science from the University of Arizona and did a post-doctoral fellowship in ethics and cognition in the Center for Ethics and Policy and the Department of Philosophy at Carnegie Mellon University. She currently teaches ethics for the Public Health and Healthcare Administration master's programs at Concordia University Irvine.
Jen also writes about mental health, well-being, purpose, and parenting for publications such as The Washington Post, CNBC, Insider, Fortune, Success, Good Housekeeping, and Psychology Today.
