Jackie Craissati, Ph.D., M.B.E., is a consultant clinical and forensic psychologist and Director of Psychological Approaches CIC. She worked for 30 years in the National Health Service, UK, and was Clinical Director of the forensic mental health services in south-east London. She formed her company in 2016 with two colleagues, and now takes on a range of consultancy and clinical advisory roles in the field of criminal justice and complex mental health. She has a special interest in working with high risk individuals with sexual and violent convictions, and has initiated a number of innovative partnerships with the criminal justice system and with the voluntary sector. She is author of six books and more than 40 research papers.
