Elaine Fox Ph.D.

Elaine Fox, Ph.D., is a professor at the University of Adelaide, Australia. She founded and directed the Oxford Centre for Emotions and Affective Neuroscience at the University of Oxford, which explores the nature of resilience and mental well-being. She is the author of Rainy Brain, Sunny Brain, as well as Switchcraft: The Hidden Power of Mental Agility.
