It's pretty sad, the other week I stumbled across this article from this business psychologist... writing for the Harvard School of Business, for their students I suppose ...on basically how to deal with creatives---it was pretty derogatory. One point really stood out for me and I'm not impressed: he advised managers to not pay creative types adequately; because as he explained it, creative types don't care about money and are happy just having the opportunity to be creative. LOL. Yeah right! I think he needs to take that article and shove it up his arse.
