It makes sense
I like this article, and I think it makes a really good point. I've taken to keeping notebooks by my bed, and it forces me to actually work on some writing in the evenings instead of messing about on Youtube all night. I've started keeping dumbbells by my work desk, so hopefully that will help me to work on my arms a bit when I'm thinking about a problem.
