The only way "diversity" works is if one race is dominant. When that race is Whites, all races receive consideration, earned or not. Any other race in charge favors only itself.

Nope. India's caste system is a prime example of a similar struggle to 'give everyone consideration, earned or not', and they're of the same ethnicity. By your reasoning they should be favoring each other equally.

The proof of superiority (meaning higher quality across the widest attribute spectrum) is how non-Whites vote with their feet to live in White-run countries.

People vote with their feet--also known as migrating--for many different reasons, proof of white superiority (no matter how stable these 'white-run' countries are) is up for debate (and not really something that can be represented as 'unvarnished truth'). Ancient Egypt, India, countries on the continent of Africa, and some Asian countries as well have been targets of colonialism (arguably not migration) by some of today's most stable countries ('first world' countries, known for their stable economies and social structures) based on these countries' positive attributes. You could argue that these 'white-run' countries voted with their feet when they chose to not only harvest the resources of these countries but to also adopt some of the practices of these cultures (ex. the development of the Afrikaans language, intermarriage between the egyptians and the romans, fetishism of Asian cultures, are just a few examples)--could you argue that this is evidence of their superiority?
