Swapping worry for adaptive action

I will definitely be reviewing this with relevant clients (and let's be real, myself!) to swap-out worry for adaptive problem-solving! I'm noticing that "worrying-in-place" during the pandemic creates a sense of freezing, helplessness, and stuck emotional energy. So, having an outward and adaptive release of that "stuck" energy in the form of adaptive problem solving will be of up-most help and empowering in these times of necessary lifestyle constraints!
