Part of me thinks that these devices should be reserved for subgroups of people--for medical/serious reasons.
The average person should try harder to develop skills like note-taking and self-awareness. What would become of society if we depended on a device to tell us when to de-stress, without which...we would crumble in our stress without knowing?
