I am really not sure where you are getting those numbers, but I just checked the recent 2000-2016 National annual marriage numbers and divorce rates.
One--you are right divorce rates have dropped, but not significantly 4.0 to 3.2 per 1000 people. (2000 to 2016)
Two--as I predicted the drop in divorce rates can be associated drop in marriage rates, meaning you were wrong to say more people are getting married.
The marriage rate dropped from 8.2 to 6.9 per 1000 people (2000-2016) which is in keeping with the scenario described in this article. This will relate to the drop in divorce numbers.
So, the divorce percentage in 2016 is 36.8% but this excludes the data from California, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, Minnesota, and New Mexico, so divorce percentage will be much higher.
An estimate based on the rates shows 2016 is 46.4%.
This is not a big drop from 2000, as it was 48.8% then.
This numbers are from a government based, data is from census, so it would not be very far off. Nonetheless, after comparing a few data samples, the consensus was the divorce rates, around 42--45%.
I admit it's less than 50% but not very far from 50% to be honest. Moreover given the marriage rates dropping.

In regards to birth rates, it has dropped from 16.7 per 1000 in 1990 to just 12.4 per 1000 in 2015.
And compare that to New York city as a metropolitan societal example to see the impact of modern life, although NY birth rate is higher, 14.2 per 1000 in 2015 than national average of 12.4, but birth of babies have dropped as much as 1.4% compared to 2014 and dropped 9% compared to 2006.
In addition, the demographic of people and their education background needs to be evaluated to get a more accurate picture.

So, it clear and undeniable about the impact this "hook up culture and sexual revolution has on society. As I said in my initial comment women slutting around has benefited men and removed the need for men to get married, also increasing rate of single men in big cities.
You wanted facts....you got your facts. Not to mention the increase of single mothers and the social problems arising from children growing fatherless. The future for the Western society is bleak and will be doomed if this shenanigans of not recognizing gender differences and gender roles continues. Unfortunately, in the name of progress and freedom, feminist movements perpetuate this toxic culture relentlessly that will only end in societal disaster.
