I knew someone who was a narcissistic sociopath. She was a two-faced, back-stabbing, manipulative, shit-starting liar. Nothing was ever her fault. She had a knack for playing passive aggressive and then switching to the victim when called out on all of the crap she stirred up. After weaving one of her trademark web of lies and discovering she was about to be found out, she did what I call damage control: telling edited versions of the truth to cover her ass to save herself from a much deserved beat down i.e. “I didn't do anything, but it's still not my fault.”
People with this entitled mentality have no conscience and never change. The best thing you can do is cut them off and move on with your life. Narcissists are called emotional vampires before a reason.
