Why are so many people drawn to conspiracy theories in times of crisis?

I did these suggestions, but, they don’t listen and are reactive to their peers, both male and female. Wallowing in their own interests and seek groups that too are victims. People want to fit in somewhere for group misery. What they can’t realize that today won’t last forever and should be searching for the future that they deserve through independence and better choices both intellectually, spiritually, physically and mentally. Supporting in the home, school and at extra curriculars to make better choices for themselves grounded in their strengths and their weaknesses. You get to choose, not your peers, family or environment and society.
