" Many exercisers do not actually enjoy working out". Becoming aware of the movement in minute detail isn't going to change this, really, is it? They are still going to be doing it for CV health or appearance, not for the pleasure of being aware at the cellular level of where your arms and legs are. I recall similar drivers for trying to increase intrinsic motivation, and they didn't work either.
