That above statement made me laugh, as they very rarely do anything at all, apart from lead a man on. The truth is, women are supposed to do an equal amount of initiating, even in this age of an equal world (which is nonsense and never going to happen). I have an exceptionally aesthetically pleasing face, but I still have to attempt, to show women that I like them, even though I lost my daughter to a brain tumor a while ago, and I suffer with social anxiety, due to this, and i'm very shy too. Women are lazy "its a mans job", which is also sexist.
Equality regarding this (and a very many other situations), is never going to happen. I have never heard such cobblers.
