I was honestly so eager to find some guidance either through this article or through real empaths on this thread. I'm confused. I need to understand how to be an empath. I just came to the conclusion that I might be one and I'm so very skeptical about it still and truly need to either believe or discard...
The author throws a lot of "science says" sentences but provides no substantial credit. Who says? How do I know she's true? Anyone can say "scientists have discovered" .. but who are they and where is their work published for review??? Does she provide any of these citations on her book?
It's so hard to to find REAL information on this subject anywhere... I wish I could get some real insight on this...
