We will add aromatic to our waiting room.
It is always refreshing to find small and at times simple ways to enhance our lives in new and beautiful ways. This blog by Dr. Wei has done just that for me. I especially believe with choice combinations of selectively chosen methods, we can make others' lives more special and less stressful too. Dr. Wei's blog has sparked an interest for us at GoVa Hawaii's Counseling Center to incorporate, perhaps, Lavender aroma as part of our waiting rooms experiences. We have Honolulu psychologists providing behavioral health counseling and are always looking for more effective ways to combat the stigmas associated with mental health.
