Most people don't "hate" taxes, they hate having their tax dollars wasted.
I'm sure the majority of Americans understand the need for tax revenue, however, we have paid our taxes while corporations, like GE and Apple, pay very little, receive government perks and contracts all while shipping jobs out of the country.
