You desperately need to go back and review the comments following your interview with the Muslim psychotherapist Hanan Dover back in 2011, in your series about religion and therapy. You had a lot of nice things to say about Ms. Dover. Unfortunately, she is homophobic and has said some stunning things about gays and lesbians:
"Homosexuality is a social dilemma because the homosexual lifestyle is ever-increasing, but it really only increased and became so public and 'normal' resulting from the deception of scientific researchers and a political and emotional push by pro-Gay groups. "
Really? Deception of scientific researchers? Emotional push by pro-Gay groups? Dr. Howes, I thought we were past this!
