Life can be difficult. The uncertainty of the future can be crippling. Feeling anxious, angry and depressed is normal but sometimes they take over and prevents us from living. I will work alongside clients and discuss their specific goals, needs and their issues.
I can provide clients with specific psychological tools to help them cope in difficult times. I integrate cognitive behavioral techniques to help clients regulate their emotions and challenge their distressing thoughts. I am empathic, patient, honest and accepting of all. sessions can be limited and open-ended (clients decide how many sessions they want)
life can be challenging at times. whether you are grieving, anxious, depressed, angry, having relationship difficulties and distressed in any way its imported to seek support. you are not alone. sometimes we can be surrounded by others and still feel alone. I know, I've been there and got through it by seeking support. Get in touch and no longer feel alone.
