I have worked in the area of Counselling Psychotherapy for the past 10 years. In my private practice, I work with Adolescents ( 12years +), their Parents/ Guardians , Adults and people with disabilities. I have an integrative humanistic approach to therapy, whereby the client leads the way on their own healing journey and I walk along side them through that journey. The main areas that I work with are; Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Trauma, Sexuality, IVF, PND, Relationship Difficulties, Parenting, Parental Separation, School Refusal, Bullying, Poor Mental Health, OCD, Difficult Life Transitions, Low Self-Esteem, ADHD and ASD.
Since graduating in 2011 with a Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from IICP, I have gone on to study Therapeutic Play, Art Therapy, Mindfulness and Somatics.
Empathic understanding without judgement underpins the core value of my work. Clients will be treated with warmth, kindness and respect throughout the therapeutic process.
