Hello, my name is Zai. Are you struggling with sleep, feeling on edge or feeling stressed and overwhelmed? You are not alone, and help is available. I am a chartered clinical psychologist with over 20 years' experience working in the Irish and British healthcare systems. I offer expert online psychological advice and support to parents, as well as online therapy to adolescents and young adults aged 11 and up. In our first session, I will ask you about the challenges you are facing and how you have managed so far. From there we will work together to create a plan to help you move forward.

I work in a non- judgemental, collaborative way with the aim to improve quality of life. I use cognitive behavioural therapy, community and systemic perspectives, including narrative therapy. I have drawn on compassion focussed therapy and hypnotherapy principles as required.

Everyday life can feel stressful, and the pressures of modern living can add to the challenge. At times, we all need a bit of extra support to help us navigate life's difficulties.
