Hello, my name is Zai. I am a chartered clinical psychologist specialising in working with children, young adults and their families with anxiety disorders, behavioural issues, chronic health and neuro developmental difficulties. I have over 20 years’ experience as a clinical psychologist working in the Irish and British healthcare systems . I offer online expert psychological advice/guidance to parents and online therapy to adolescents and young adults. I work in a non- judgemental, collaborative way with the aim to improve quality of life. I use cognitive behavioural therapy, community and systemic perspectives, including narrative therapy. I have drawn on compassion focussed therapy and hypnotherapy principles as required.
