Hi, my name is Georgia Cashman. I work as a humanistic and integrative counsellor in Cork, both in person and online via Zoom. I have a genuine interest in helping others, and a big positive for me doing this work, is helping people gain perspective in their lives. My role is to facilitate clients in getting to a place where shame, guilt, and feelings of 'not being good enough' can be managed, so that they can reach their full potential and not be held back by negative and disempowering feelings and emotions.
