Friends and family are around you, and there for you, yet you still feel alone. It's simply exhausting. I understand how heavy this can feel, and I’m here to support you and help you find a way through it.

I'm flexible in my approach, listening to you, and tailoring sessions to your needs. I have experience working with a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, low mood, overthinking and anger. However, for me, its the person I'm there for, not the label or diagnosis. Help me understand your experience.
