Life and relating to others can at times feel very hard. I believe and know that despite the pain and distress these can cause, there is also the possibility for healing, growth, making changes and (re)finding a sense of self, purpose and joy in life again.
To support that I seek to truly understand what it is like be you so that I can offer the support you need at a pace that feels safe. I love the work and am credited for being a compassionate, solid and reliable presence to clients no matter their life experience. I tend to focus on both short-term strategies to make life easier with longer-term healing.
Seeking support is important and courageous. Family or friends can be enough but sometimes the help of a non-judgmental and compassionate professional is helpful to safely and privately explore difficult issues.
