As a professional Clinical Psychotherapist I support my clients in a confidential and compassionate way to deal with their life challenging issues. I attend to each one of my client’s personal needs in an empathic and caring manner from our first meeting right through their own unique therapy journey. As well as bringing difficulties to address, each client has their own special gifts and qualities that are explored and affirmed in my sessions. Together we explore the many therapeutic ways to move forward and achieve desired goals.
I support my clients by being present for them in a caring, empathic and non-judgemental way. I weave in many therapies to suit each individual client’s needs like Cognitive Behavioural Skills, Mindfulness and Compassion techniques, Creative Arts and Body Work. I practice EMDR therapy to support past traumas that may unconsciously hinder client wellbeing.
I welcome clients who have the courage to reach out for support when they need it most. It is a brave step to ask for help and it is that first step that allows hope, renewed confidence and healing to emerge in the presence of a caring therapeutic relationship.
