Luba O’Neill, I own and run Wicklow & Kildare Mental Health Services and I support people in psychological distress, primarily in areas of anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks and self-esteem.
In addition, I work with perimenopausal and menopausal women and help them to alleviate their symptoms by providing tangible tools so they can re-gain quality of life.
Although my professional approach is multifaceted, I hold a firm belief that each person who seeks help has the internal capacity to find the solutions to their problems. My role, therefore, is to facilitate the appropriate and non-judgemental setting for this to unfold.
