We provide an affirming and empowering space for folks from the LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, chronically ill and disabled communities. As practitioners who are part of these communities ourselves, we draw on our own journeys so that therapy feels relatable, human, and down-to-earth. Our goal is to support you as you work through emotions and challenges at your own pace. We are experienced in working with late-identified neurodivergent adults, and those questioning their identity post diagnosis / identification.
We also have experience supporting people who are questioning their gender identity or sexual orientation or navigating the process of transition or self-discovery. Our practitioners are also experienced in supporting folks from the polyamorous, ethical non-monogamous, kink and sex-working communities.
Our team is made up of affiliate counsellors, psychotherapists and psychologists who each bring their own expertise and training (group therapy, art therapy, ADHD/Autism coaching, support with OCD, hoarding and room organisation, EMDR, EFT and Brainspotting). We also offer low-cost therapy. We can only provide autism assessments for people based in Spain.
