Hi there, I am a counsellor and psychotherapist based in Cork city centre. My goal above all is to offer you a place which feels safe, welcoming and non-judgemental so that you can explore your concerns at your own pace. Building a genuine therapeutic relationship is important to me.
I hold a BA(Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy from MTU in Cork and I am trained as an Integrative Psychotherapist. This means I draw on a variety of approaches to offer what works for you. I work with a variety of issues including as depression, anxiety, relationship and self esteem difficulties and also bereavement and loss.
