Hello, my name is Ciara McKeown, Art Therapist and owner of Unfurl Art Therapy. I am a fully qualified therapist with an MSc in Creative Arts Psychotherapy and BA (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Art Therapy. Clients come to me who are grieving, feeling depressed, anxious, or don't know what they feel but know something isn't right. I also work with clients entangled in toxic relationships, particularly Narcissistic Abuse. Often these clients feel stuck. We work together to get them unstuck!
I have seen the benefits of using art and talk therapy as a way of guiding clients back to their internal world after many years ignoring themselves and focusing on others. Well it's time for YOU. And I should mention we'll probably have a good laugh along the way. It's not all doom and gloom in the therapy room!!!
