As a qualified psychotherapist with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Munster Technological University, and a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) I am passionate about supporting you in reconnecting with your whole self — beyond old stories and survival patterns.
I came to counselling and psychotherapy later in life, and my life experiences have shaped the way I work. They have taught me what it feels like for my clients to struggle, to be truly seen, and to sit with uncertainty and difficult emotions with compassion and curiosity.
