I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their emotions, experience freely and begin a journey of healing and growth. With a Bachelor’s degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy from PCI College, my expertise spans a broad spectrum of challenges, including addiction, abuse, trauma, PTSD, bereavement, anxiety, depression, unresolved childhood issues, and much more. Throughout the past couple of years, I have worked with diverse clients and institutions, notably the Carlow and South Leinster Rape Crisis Centre.
My journey has involved providing compassionate counselling to survivors of sexual abuse, and helping individuals overcome substance dependencies. It has been immensely fulfilling to be part of others’ transformative paths towards healing, recovery, and reclaiming their lives.
