I have 10 years' experience in helping people recover from mental health and other life challenges, including: anxiety, depression, addiction, abuse, trauma, suicidal thoughts, family conflict, relationship problems, bereavement, and unresolved issues from childhood. I work with individuals (16+), couples, and families.
